All Ashop customers have a built in ticketing system so please see if that suites your needs first. This can be found under the customers menu in your admin panel.

The following document contains HTML code which you can use to create custom "contact us" forms which your visitors can simply fill in and submit to send their details to your email address which is kept hidden. It's a more professional and simple way to ask people for their details.

The form can be edited to further add or change titles of each field. It also needs to be edited with your own email address and domain name etc, as shown in the coding (coloured parts in red)

1. In your site, make a custom page which you will use as a landing result page once the message has been sent e.g. Thank you, your message has been sent.

2. Now make your changes to the HTML code by adding your email address and the result page address, then copy the HTML

3. Paste all the HTML into the HTML section of a custom page and save

If any customer fills in the page on your website, it will send you an email with all the details you requested in the form.
